Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Health and Safety Engineer to drive SHE and continuous improvement as a Test Factory Expert in Lund. The role is 100% onsite, starting ASAP with a 1-year contract and potential extension.

You will lead safety initiatives, training, and incident follow-up across the Test Factory site and collaborate with teams in Modena as needed. The candidate should be fluent in Swedish and English, have strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to safety

Qualifications

• Experience in delegation areas: fire, electric, chemical
• Fluent in Swedish and English for interactions with stakeholders
• Strong collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with structured working approach and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and CI initiatives as Test Factory Expert in Lund
• Drive safety improvements, ensure compliance with Work Environment Act
• Coordinate safety training, awareness sessions, and workshops
• Collect, analyze, and follow up on incidents and deviations
• Maintain OHS systems and ensure training completion across Test Factory
