Job summary

Neko Health AB is building proactive healthcare through data-driven insights. As an Annotation Coordinator, you will support AI/ML teams by ensuring high-quality, accurately annotated health data while leading a small team of Data Annotators.

You will plan resources, oversee performance and development, and maintain consistent quality as you help scale our annotation workflows for large datasets in a privacy-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation or data labeling.
• Experience coordinating or supervising others.
• Strong attention to detail and structured tasks.
• Organised and reliable with planning and delivery.
• Clear communicator with privacy-conscious mindset.
• Eligible to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Label and quality-check images/audio using annotation tools.
• Review Data Annotators' work and provide feedback.
• Plan resources and workload to meet delivery targets.
• Support performance, training, and career progression of annotators.
• Flag unclear cases and escalate issues.
• Suggest improvements to labeling instructions based on edge cases.
