Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an international environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong strategic negotiator with sales experience.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

• Engineering or business degree or 5+ years in relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create profitable business including long term price strategy by creating and executing Capture Plans.
• Establish and lead Capture Teams and Proposal Teams with cross-functional colleagues.
• Share information with M&S Teams (T&C and customer/mission knowledge).
• Fulfill the Marketing and Sales process (Bid/No-bid, Bid Submission).
• Ensure sound costing input for proposals and contracts.
• Build and nurture customer networks and understand needs.
• Occasionally manage contract aspects for ongoing projects.
• Manage order intake and CRM/ProspectViewer funnel; support workload forecasting.
• Support Sales New Order and Workload forecasting.
