Saab AB is seeking a senior IT Operations leader to take overall responsibility for Production IT delivery and to guide multiple teams in secure, scalable infrastructure. You will drive operational excellence, align IT strategy with business needs, manage budgets and lead change initiatives in a security-focused environment.

Competenze

• Several years of experience in IT leadership, for example as an IT Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Solid technical background in IT infrastructure, networks and IT security.
• Experience within the ITIL framework and change and incident management.
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Your role

Our Separate / production Environment are critical for our Business to delivery on a day to day basis. We have several Separate Environment used for many different purpose e.g. partner, research-projekt, development, OT etc.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our Production IT delivery and lead several teams that work closely with the business. You are responsible for ensuring that systems maintain high availability while driving continuous improvement and development of our solutions and working methods. You will work both operationally and strategically with responsibility for personnel, budget and delivery. At the same time, you will build up an modern IT function that supports the long-term needs of the business. You report directly to the Head of IT Operations.

The main tasks:

• Leadership: Coach, motivate and develop the people in your teams.
