Job summary

Magma Math in Stockholm is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the Student Platform vision, strategy and roadmap, delivering impact for millions of learners.

You will lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers and QA, hire when needed, and work closely with founders to scale the education platform and reach 100M users. Stay ahead with prototypes and user validation to drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience with background in product.
• Experience of fast-paced and high-performance environments.
• Experience leading people and teams.
• Engineering degree (or equivalent) from top tier university.
• Startup experience - you know what you are getting yourself into!

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for the Student Platform
• Stay 6-12 months ahead of the team: explore what’s next, build prototypes, validate ideas early with users, collaborate with market sales leaders
• Lead PMs who run cross-functional team of developers, designers and QA
• Hire when needed to build a world-class product team
• First 6 months includes taking PM responsibility yourself to learn the product and company
