Magma Math in Stockholm is seeking a product leader to own the Student Platform, setting vision, strategy and KPIs. You will guide a cross-functional team of developers, designers and QA to scale to millions of students.

You’ll be hands-on, deeply understand users and data, and hire when needed. The role requires 3–6 years of product experience, an engineering degree, startup familiarity, and a passion for education technology.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Experience leading people and teams.
• Engineering degree (or equivalent) from a top-tier university.
• Startup experience is a plus; you know what you are getting into.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for the Student Platform.
• Stay 6-12 months ahead: explore, prototype, validate with users, and collaborate with market sales leaders.
• Lead PMs who run a cross-functional team of developers, designers and QA.

The Role

The Product & Tech team at Magma is divided into three core user experiences: Student, Teacher and District. We want you to lead the Student experience to 100M users.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for the Student Platform
• Stay 6-12 months ahead of the team: explore what’s next, build prototypes, validate ideas early with users, collaborate with market sales leaders
• Lead PMs who run cross-functional team of developers, designers and QA
• Hire when needed to build a world-class product team
• First 6 months includes taking PM responsibility yourself to learn the product and company

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience with background in product
• Experience of fast-paced and high-performance environments
• Experience leading people and teams
• Engineering degree (or equivalent) from top tier university
• Startup experience - you know what you are getting yourself into!

• Founder background
• Experience in Edtech or education
• Experience in software engineering or data science
• Portfolio of products you've built
