Job summary

Anyfin seeks a Head of Performance Marketing in Stockholm to lead our performance and influencer efforts across markets. You will set the marketing strategy, shape messaging and direct creative across paid social, influencer marketing and content teams.

You’ll partner with market owners and analysts to optimize CAC, CPA and CLTV, ensuring marketing delivers strong results while growing our brands in Europe. This role is office-first with relocation support if needed.

Head of Performance Marketing

You'll set the marketing strategy, shape our communication and creative, and lead a talented team across paid social, influencer marketing and content. The role

As our Head of Performance Marketing, you'll own our marketing strategy. You'll set the direction for how we show up and which channels we use, and you'll bring marketing's perspective to management. You'll work closely with our market owners, who own growth, budget and results in their markets, to make sure our marketing delivers for each of them.

You'll shape what we say and who we say it to. That means owning our messaging, defining our target audiences and making sure everything we put out speaks to them clearly and consistently across channels and markets.

You'll also drive our creative work. You'll lead content creation, setting the direction and giving our content creators and production the briefs they need to make work that lands. You'll give feedback on influencer content too, helping both the team and the creators make it sharper and more true to Anyfin.

And you'll make sure it all works commercially. You'll work with our market owners and analysts to read the numbers, including CAC, CPA and marginal CAC, and turn what we learn into better strategy, messaging and creative.

Behind all of this is a team you'll lead: our influencer marketing specialists, our paid specialist who runs the day-to-day in paid social, and our content creators. You'll help them prioritise, grow and do their best work, and you'll make sure our channels work together and keep improving based on what we learn.

Who you are

You're a senior marketer with deep experience in marketing and communication, and a track record of leading teams. You know what makes a message land with the right audience, you have a strong sense for creative, and you enjoy helping others grow, prioritise and do their best work. Experience across paid social and influencer marketing is a plus.

You're motivated by performance. You care about what growth actually costs and what it's worth, and you understand how CAC, CLTV and marginal CPA fit together well enough to make the call. You know a strong hook can be the difference between a good CPA and a bad one, and you get a kick out of seeing creative move the numbers. You don't need to be an analyst, but you can tell a good number from a flattering one, and you're senior enough to hold your own with analysts and management and to challenge them when the data doesn't tell the whole story.

You're bold. You're comfortable setting a direction, making the case for it and changing course when the results say so. Above all, you want to understand Anyfin's customers to create excellent marketing.
