Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience with 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record in large industrial projects, especially in steel or heavy industries.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC, VVS, and BMS systems aligned with Nordic standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities for large CAPEX projects focused on building services.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary engineering management across teams and consultants.
- Monitor engineering schedules and ensure timely deliverables for construction.
