Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Landskrona seeks a maintenance-focused professional to strengthen our production reliability. You will plan and execute inspections, manage service agreements, and respond quickly to equipment issues, while promoting 5S and continuous improvement across the site.

The role requires a technical background with experience in structured maintenance in manufacturing, plus strong Swedish and English communication. Hybrid and on-site options supported where applicable.

Qualifications

• Technical background with experience in structured maintenance in production.
• Experience with Lean and 5S is an advantage.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-focused with drive to deliver results.
• Clear communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and perform regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
• Manage and maintain service agreements with external maintenance providers.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment promptly during failures or unplanned shutdowns.
• Support operator maintenance activities and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate calibration of instruments and equipment and consider upgrades for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production teams to improve machine performance and energy efficiency.
