Job summary

UC AB (Part of Enento Group) seeks a Head of Data Platforms to define and drive the roadmap for our data platforms, steering the transition from legacy environments to a modern, cloud-based architecture. You will collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, data governance, security and engineering to ensure data is accessible, trusted, secure, and actionable.

We are searching for a dedicated Head of Data Platforms to join us!

What will you do?

As Head of Data Platform, you will define and drive the roadmap for our data platforms, leading the transition from legacy environments towards a modern, cloud-based architecture. You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data governance, security, and engineering functions to ensure that data is accessible, trusted, secure, and actionable.

This is a key leadership role for someone who wants to shape a modern, scalable, secure, and future-ready data ecosystem that enables analytics, AI, and data-driven business operations across the organization. You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of developers, architects and data warehouse specialists.

Who are you?

You are a strategic and pragmatic leader with strong technical depth and business understanding. You have 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or platform engineering and technical familiarity with modern platforms and technologies. You enjoy driving change in complex environments, creating clarity, and building strong teams. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and can balance long-term platform strategy with practical delivery and operational reliability.

Type of employment: Full time, permanent with probational period

Start date: 1 st of December 2026

Office location: Stockholm or Helsinki
