Job summary

Einride, Stockholm-based, is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the Group accounting and reporting function. You will oversee statutory accounting, consolidation, and IFRS reporting, and drive the preparation of the annual report and related filings.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with consolidation systems, and a solid IFRS background. A finance degree is essential, and prior SEC reporting experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with group accounting and reporting in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, consolidation systems, and IFRS.
• Relevant degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• SEC reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for the Group's statutory accounting and financial reporting.
• Prepare the Group's annual report and IFRS-based filings.
• Develop and enforce Group-wide accounting principles, processes, and internal controls.
• Coordinate tax issues including transfer pricing.
• Maintain contact with external auditors.

You Will Lead a Team Responsible For

• The Group's statutory accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting
• The preparation for Group's annual report and SEC filings according to IFRS
• Development of Group-wide accounting principles, processes, and internal controls
• Supporting and setting requirements for the Group companies regarding accounting and reporting issues
• Coordination of tax issues including transfer pricing
• Contact with external auditors

We Expect You To

• Have a solid experience in group accounting and reporting from an international environment
• Have a very good knowledge of Excel, consolidation systems, and IFRS
• Have a relevant university degree within Finance and Business administration
• Have experience in SEC reporting is a plus
