Your mission when joining as a Software Engineer is to develop high-fidelity simulation platforms that test and validate the safety and efficiency of our Autonomous Vehicle Systems (ADS).

You will:

• Develop Scalable Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain simulation platform infrastructure and test automation tooling to enable large-scale validation of autonomous vehicle software across diverse environmental and traffic conditions.
• Define Simulation Requirements: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ADS software developers, hardware engineers) and external partners to identify and define simulation needs and technical requirements.
• Drive Technological Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in simulation and automation technologies, continuously integrating best practices to enhance efficiency, realism, and scalability.

We expect you to have:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for autonomous vehicle technology, solving complex problems, and developing innovative solutions.
• Enjoy learning from others and sharing your own knowledge to help the team grow.
• Are self-driven, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus skills:

• Proficiency in Go programming.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• AI/ML experience in software development.
• Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
• Engineering solutions with an eye towards quality, performance.
