Basta, part of Urban Italian Group, is opening a new Basta venue in Västerås. As a Bartender, you will craft cocktails and drinks with consistency, confidence and warmth, helping create Basta’s lively, guest-focused atmosphere.

You’ll collaborate with floor and management teams to keep service smooth, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. We seek energetic, customer-loving individuals with bar or restaurant experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Bartender, you will prepare drinks with consistency, confidence and care while helping create the lively, generous atmosphere Basta is known for. You will work closely with the floor and management teams to keep service smooth, organised and full of personality.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing cocktails, wines and drinks according to Basta standards.

• Delivering friendly, confident and engaging bar service.

• Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service.

• Supporting the floor team when needed to create a seamless guest experience.

• Managing stock, garnishes and bar preparation before and during service.

• Following hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards at all times.
