Job summary

Stockholm HQ is seeking an Interim Cyber Security Manager (Security Operations) for a six-month assignment at 50% capacity. You will report to the CISO and align security operations with broader security strategy while the regular consultant is on leave.

You will translate regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) into practical engineering steps, lead technical security initiatives across AppSec, cryptography, IAM, cloud, and incident response, and ensure thorough handover when the consultant

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role (Cyber Security Manager / SecOps Lead), preferably as an interim consultant.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud environments and the SDLC.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) into actionable steps for engineering teams.
• Pro‑activeness and forward-leaning leadership.
• Fluent in English as corporate language.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical security capabilities as interim owner of the Security Operations domain.
• Support AppSec and secure coding with engineering teams.
• Provide guidance on Security Architecture and Cryptography.
• Oversee cloud and endpoint security implementations.
• Drive IAM initiatives.
• Coordinate security testing and vulnerability management.
• Ensure security logging, monitoring, and incident management.
• Maintain documentation for a smooth handover when the regular consultant returns.
