Tiffany & Co. in Stockholm is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage all back-of-house operations. You will partner with store leadership to support sales goals and act as a key holder during manager on duty periods.

Responsibilities include coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, client service activities, and potential opening/closing duties. The role emphasizes excellent client service within a premium jewelry environment.

Qualifications

• Must currently be based in and hold authorisation to work in Sweden.
• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead back-of-house operations to support sales and client service.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping, receiving and replenishment.
• Open and close procedures in absence of a manager and act as a key holder on duty.
• Collaborate with store leadership and Sales Professionals to drive sales goals and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain inventory accuracy.
