Legora, a fast-growing AI-native legal-tech company, seeks a Talent Partner to own end-to-end GTM recruitment across EMEA. You’ll partner with senior leaders, shape hiring across growth areas, and drive high-quality, fast hiring decisions that scale Legora’s commercial impact.

You’ll build proactive pipelines, run structured hiring processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, serving as a trusted ambassador for Legora throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company.
• A proven track record hiring high-performing GTM talent across senior levels.
• The ability to run multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality or pace.
• Genuine commercial acumen; understanding OTE structures and how hires affect revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across GTM in EMEA, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and success profiles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs to stay ahead of demand.
• Lead structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a credible Legora ambassador throughout.
