foodora Senior Growth Specialist (f/m/d) in Sweden leads growth marketing initiatives across verticals, turning data into actionable campaigns that boost active users, order frequency, and revenue. You’ll partner with Head of Marketing, regional teams and agencies to plan, execute and optimise initiatives with measurable impact.

You bring 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL and BI tools, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing or data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience with KPI tracking: CAC, ROAS, revenue, retention.
• Ability to lead projects from analysis to execution with stakeholders.
• Budgeting, forecasting or business case modelling experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Originate and drive growth marketing initiatives across verticals.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns and investments.
• Translate data into budget models and impact insights.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing, regional teams and agencies.
