Job summary

Krea Sverige is seeking a Growth Associate to own outbound and customer communications across Sweden and Finland, driving direct letters, outbound emails, newsletters, and automated flows to fuel growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a data-driven mindset, collaborating with Tech, Commercial and Operations to align messaging with business goals. Mindset and drive matter more than background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; Master's preferred.
• Experience in B2B marketing or outbound marketing is a plus.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound and customer communication strategy to drive growth in Sweden and Finland.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels (direct letters, emails, newsletters, automated flows).
• Ensure messages reach the right audience at the right time through structured communications.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with agencies and marketing distributors; align messaging with business goals.
