Job summary

Zendr is seeking a marketing leader to own the plan and budget, steering external partners and using AI tools to accelerate content and campaigns. You will coordinate paid channels and drive content production while maintaining brand across all touchpoints.

This role partners closely with sales to feed the inbound pipeline and measure impact in HubSpot. You are fluent in Swedish and English, with 4–7 years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS/tech, and eager to grow into building a marketing

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of B2B marketing experience, ideally from SaaS or tech.
• Experience with AI tools day to day — produce and analyse campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and suppliers.
• Experience with paid acquisition in Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Broad digital skills and data-driven KPI setting and analysis.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to grow and build a marketing function.
• No logistics background required; B2B marketing experience suffices.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing plan and budget — define priorities, track ROI and report to leadership.
• Lead and coordinate external partners, suppliers and freelancers: briefs and delivery quality.
• Operate Zendr’s marketing AI tools for content, website updates and campaigns.
• Coordinate paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) to generate leads and revenue.
• Drive content production: landing pages, case studies, newsletters and social content.
• Use AI tools in production and analytics; evaluate new tools for speed and quality.
• Own brand aesthetics across channels and messaging.
• Collaborate with sales to feed the inbound pipeline and track conversions in HubSpot.
