Job summary

Vekst is seeking a Strategic Project Manager based in Stockholm to lead client projects in performance marketing, ensuring strategy turns into measurable results. You will partner with client directors, PMs and specialists to plan, resource, and drive profitability across campaigns.

You’ll manage budgets, reporting, and invoicing while identifying opportunities to grow client spend. The role requires strong communication, client-facing confidence, and hands-on campaign experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Experience managing projects, ideally at an agency and within digital marketing
• Experience working directly with clients, and an eye for new business opportunities
• Advanced skills in tracking budgets, managing media costs and keeping projects profitable
• Familiarity with project management and resource planning tools, such as Forecast, Harvest, Monday.com or Roughly Right
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from plan to results, and keep clients updated with progress and insights
• Be a trusted contact for clients and build strong relationships with their key stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities within your clients' business, and work with the commercial team to turn them into new projects
• Plan and allocate resources across projects for efficient, high-quality delivery
• Manage project plans, timelines and tasks in our project management system, together with the Operations Manager
• Monitor and manage project budgets, especially media costs, so spend stays accurate and in line with client goals
• Manage invoicing so all projects are billed accurately and on time
• Analyse project profitability and find ways to improve it
