Job summary

HomeQ Technologies AB is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join a small marketing team in Sweden. You will own growth initiatives across HomeQ+'s subscription products and collaborate with product and engineering to drive conversion, retention and revenue growth.

You will identify opportunities, run experiments, and partner with external agencies to optimize paid and organic channels. Fluency in English and a strong track record in digital product growth are essential.

Qualifications

Several years of experience driving growth for digital products (CRO, growth, performance marketing).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Solid experience in performance marketing with ability to guide external agencies.
Good understanding of digital products, funnels and conversion.
Experience collaborating with product and engineering.
Comfort with data and extracting insights to drive decisions.
Curiosity for technology and AI tools in work.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Analyze growth funnels and identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
Develop and test initiatives across HomeQ+, HomeQ Samla and HomeQ Byta.
Turn data and insights into hypotheses, experiments and product recommendations.
Work with product and engineering to implement high‑impact growth initiatives.
Set direction for paid acquisition with our performance marketing partner.
Drive a consistent experimentation and learning cadence.
Contribute to growth across SEO, AEO, partnerships and influencer marketing.
Evaluate performance across initiatives and prioritise where to invest next.
