Job summary

Lindab Group is seeking a Group Financial Controller to strengthen Group Finance. You will contribute to reporting and consolidation and support governance, standardization and process improvements across the organization.

Based in Malmö with links to Grevie HQ, you will partner with regional finance teams and local controllers to ensure IFRS-compliant, timely closes and smooth integration of acquisitions. The role suits a finance professional with several years of experience in group

Qualifications

Knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience in group consolidation.
Experience from a listed company and an acquisition-driven environment is advantageous.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Several years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group close under IFRS with consolidation of subsidiaries.
Ensure high-quality, consistent, and compliant group financial reporting.
Lead onboarding of acquired entities in line with Group policies and IFRS requirements.
Develop reporting instructions and relevant documentation.
Continuously improve internal routines, closing procedures, and governance.
Contribute to development of internal controls and governance within group reporting.
Collaborate with Regional Controllers and local finance teams across the Group.
Drive finance development projects focused on efficiency, standardization, digitalization, and automation.
