Following several years of growth and acquisitions, Lindab is strengthening its Group Finance function. We are looking for a Group Financial Controller who wants to play a key role in reporting and consolidation while contributing to the continued development of finance processes, governance and integration activities across the organization.
You will be part of Lindab’s Group Finance team and work closely with regional finance teams, local controllers, and other Group functions.
As Group Financial Controller, you will play a central role in the Group’s reporting and consolidation process while contributing to continuous improvements within Group Finance. You will also be involved in the financial integration of newly acquired companies and support initiatives related to governance, standardization, and process efficiency.
In this role, you will report to Ingrid Petersson, Group Finance Manager. The position is based at our office in Malmö, with regular interaction and presence at our headquarters in Grevie.
Key focus areas in the role include Group reporting and consolidation, financial integration of acquisitions, process improvements, and strengthening governance and internal controls.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest and several years of experience in Group accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting. You have knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience in Group consolidation. Experience from a listed company and an acquisition-driven environment is considered an advantage. You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
