Camfil in Stockholm, Sweden seeks an experienced Group Accounting Lead to own the Group's monthly consolidation, closing, and annual report preparation. You will develop Group Accounting and Internal Control processes while collaborating with finance teams across the organization.

The role reports to the VP Group Finance and Business Control and has no direct people management. The function includes coordinating with auditors, maintaining the AARO system, and driving improvements in reporting

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration and Economics, preferably auditing/accounting specialization.
• 5+ years in Group Accounting with independent consolidation responsibility.
• Experience with IFRS/US GAAP and tax-related consolidation matters.
• Experience in a large international group and production accounting is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and fluent Swedish and English.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage monthly Group consolidation and closing per IFRS.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation and quarterly balances.
• Oversee lease accounting and monthly updates of contracts.
• Ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance at Group and legal entity level.
• Take independent responsibility for annual report preparation and coordinate with auditors.
• Develop and maintain the Group's reporting and consolidation system (AARO).
• Provide subsidiary support and lead process improvements in Group Accounting.
