Job summary

Boliden in Stockholm is looking for a Manager Group Business Control to connect financial insights with strategy, leading the Group Business Control team and collaborating across Group Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Strategy & Business Development and subsidiaries.

You will drive monthly results follow-up, forecasting, budgeting, and develop analyses and scenarios for executive management and the Board, with a focus on improving reporting and financial tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in Controlling, FP&A or a similar finance function.
• Leadership experience through people management or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities and turning data into insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and analysis tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
• Valid driver's license (B).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Group Business Control team.
• Follow-up and quality assurance of the Group's monthly financial and operating results.
• Coordinate the Group's forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, scenario modelling and board material.
