Job summary

Wolt Market in Stockholm is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to guide our grocery team and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will work at least 30 hours per week across day, evening and weekend shifts (07:00–01:00), serving as the main link when the Store Manager is away and helping to elevate service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery stores or retail, ideally as a shift lead.
• Proactive, service-minded and a fast learner with multitasking ability.
• Willing to work at least 30 hours per week across day, evening and weekend shifts (07:00–01:00).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store
• Solving issues in which the team needs help
• Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, admin duties
• Collecting and forwarding feedback

We’re looking for a part time (30 hours per week) Shift Lead to lead our Grocery team in our Wolt Market in Stockholm.

What you’ll be doing

• You are able to work at least 30 hours flexibly in all shifts during the day, evenings and weekends - our Wolt Market is open 07:00-01:00
