Job summary

Accenture is recruiting graduates for its AI & Data track in Stockholm to start in early autumn 2027. You will join multidisciplinary teams, collab­orate with AI & Data professionals, and work on real client challenges to deliver insights and intelligent solutions across industries.

You will gain hands-on experience, receive coaching and mentorship, and develop technical, analytical and consulting skills to thrive in an AI-enabled business environment.

Office and Start Date

We are recruiting graduates to join our office in Stockholm in early autumn 2027. Depending on the assignment, work may take place from an Accenture office, a client location or remotely as part of multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility and mobility are therefore expected. The current AI & Data graduate team is based in Stockholm.

The screening and selection process is conducted on an ongoing basis.

Candidates progressing to the next stage will be invited to complete assessments designed to evaluate analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
