Job summary

Accenture PLC in Stockholm is launching its AI & Data graduate track for graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of business, data and technology.

From day one you’ll work with AI & Data professionals on real client challenges, gaining hands-on experience, coaching and mentorship while developing technical, analytical and consulting skills.

You will join an office in Stockholm, with assignments that may be at Accenture offices, client sites or remotely, starting in autumn 2027.

Qualifications

• You must have a masters degree or will receive it before autumn 2027.
• Strong academic results in a relevant field.
• Analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen.
• Interest in data, analytics, AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Curious about how organizations use AI and data to transform operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to translate challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Collect, analyze and visualize data to generate actionable insights.

• Engage with Generative AI, Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation and guardrails.
• Create hands-on solutions using Python, SQL and cloud platforms.

The current AI & Data graduate team is based in Stockholm.
