Job summary

Accenture is recruiting graduates for its AI & Data track in Stockholm to start in early autumn 2027. You will join multidisciplinary teams, collab­orate with AI & Data professionals, and work on real client challenges to deliver insights and intelligent solutions across industries.

You will gain hands-on experience, receive coaching and mentorship, and develop technical, analytical and consulting skills to thrive in an AI-enabled business environment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or near-graduation in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Analytical problem-solving mindset and strong business acumen.
• Hands-on with modern data science and AI tooling (Python/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on AI & data projects across industries to unlock insights.
• Collect, analyze and visualize data to drive decisions.
• Develop AI, ML and analytics solutions.
• Work with Generative AI, Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation and guardrails.
• Design modern data and AI architectures for client solutions.
• Support operating models, governance and transformation roadmaps.
