Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or backend/cloud roles.
• Go (Golang) as primary language with strong concurrency knowledge.
• Fluent Swedish and English for client engagements.
• Experience with IaC and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience or interest in AI tooling and developer tooling.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building fast, concurrent internal services and CLI tools.
• Developing CI/CD pipelines and paved roads for safe shipping.
• Elevating team velocity through architecture and tooling.
• Integrating AI tooling and SDKs into Go apps and workflows.
