Job summary

Playground Group is seeking a Backend Cloud Developer with a strong Go background to join our Swedish team in Stockholm. You will build internal services, CLIs, and developer platforms that accelerate client engineering across cloud providers.

The role emphasizes Go as the core language, with a focus on tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate closely with client engineers and maintain high-quality, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering / backend / cloud engineering.
• Go is the primary language and core skill.
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and CLI tooling is a plus.
• Swedish and English fluency for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Primary Go/Golang development of internal services, CLIs, and tooling.
• Smoothing the path to production with CI/CD and IaC.
• Elevating team velocity by architectural and connective work.
• Bringing discipline to AI workflows within client projects.
