Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management, business administration or related field.
• Strong interest in project management, business improvement and organizational development.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with data and reporting.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO processes and governance development.
• Contribute to reporting, KPI development and project analytics for management.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
• Develop management dashboards and decision support material.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business areas and project organizations.
