Job summary

Vattenfall is launching the International Trainee Programme in Sweden, with placements in Solna, Trollhättan or Gothenburg. This one-year programme combines meaningful work with structured development opportunities across business areas and locations.

You will join Property Development and Construction Management, participate in feasibility studies, cost control and coordination with Construction Managers, gaining real responsibilities from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Development and Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Managers with documentation of construction-related defects and project issues.
• Participate in technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards.
• Support real estate developers in managing construction-related matters during feasibility study phase and early-stage project development.
• Provide administrative support across construction and development projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support efficient project delivery.
