Vattenfall invites graduates to join the International Trainee Programme in Property Development and Construction Management. You will explore all project phases, from feasibility through execution, while collaborating with Construction Managers and real estate developers across locations in Solna, Trollhättan or Gothenburg.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Development and Infrastructure, or related field.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support Construction Managers with the documentation of construction-related defects and project issues.
Participate in technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards.
Support real estate developers in managing construction-related matters during feasibility study phase and early-stage project development.
Provide administrative support across construction and development projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support efficient project delivery.
