Job summary

Your role as a Trainee -Strategic Advisor

You will join the Strategy and Development team, where we work with corporate strategy, sustainability, risk management, organisational development and continuous improvement across Ringhals. As a Trainee Strategic Advisor, you will contribute to analyses, decision support and development initiatives that help shape the long-term direction of the business. You will collaborate closely with experienced specialists, managers and senior stakeholders across Ringhals and the wider Vattenfall organisation. During your first year, you will gain insight into strategic planning, business development and executive decision-making while developing a broad understanding of the energy sector.
