Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of relevant experience within corporate taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish and international tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with tax compliance, filings and reporting.
• Experience managing tax audits and interacting with authorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Group Tax function and drive governance across the Group.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations for Specialty Chemicals entities.
• Manage corporate income tax matters and tax filings for SC entities.
• Prepare and file real estate tax returns for entities.
• Advise on tax implications of commercial arrangements and decisions.
• Monitor significant tax matters and report to the CFO.
• Assess tax risks related to acquisitions and restructurings.
• Support Group Treasury on dividend flows and financing structures.
• Review tax provisions and transfer pricing documentation.
