Job summary

Voi Technology AB is seeking a Fleet Specialist in Gothenburg to maintain and repair scooters while supporting on-ground operations. Responsibilities include logistics, battery replacement, vehicle repair, and assistance with new vehicle acceptance.

The ideal candidate must possess a valid Swedish driver’s license, fluency in English, and previous experience with mechanical tools. Part-time seasonal contract, with discussions on the start date.

Your mission at Voi

As a Fleet Specialist you will work in two areas depending on workload and suitability: the mechanical team, where you will maintain and repair our scooters, keeping them in top shape and fully supporting the on‑ground team; and the in‑field team, where you will use our vans to perform tasks across the Gothenburg area, ensuring operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters.
• Searching for and collecting damaged scooters.
• Battery replacement.
• Performing quick on‑site repairs of the scooters.
• Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles.
• Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired.
• Assisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse.
• Supporting our on‑site team as needed, for example identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles.
