Job summary

Kanthal is seeking a Vice President and Head of Strategy, M&A and Sustainability to lead the division’s strategic agenda and drive growth. Based in Stockholm, Hallstahammar or Sandviken, the role collaborates with the President and Division Management Team to translate strategic priorities into measurable business results.

• Experience in strategy development and execution, M&A and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division’s strategy process and advise the President and BU Management Team.
• Lead and develop the Strategy, M&A and Sustainability team.
• Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen market position and long-term competitiveness.
• Coordinate annual strategic planning, analyses and portfolio reviews.
• Develop business intelligence covering market, competitor, tech and macro insights.
• Ensure sustainability is integrated into strategy and investment decisions.
• Lead strategic projects supporting Divisional and BU priorities.
