Job summary

Orica Sweden AB is seeking a driven and detail-oriented strategic sourcing specialist who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You will work independently, manage contracts, and identify opportunities to build long-term value and sustainable supplier relationships across EMEA.

The role can be based in Gyttorp (Sweden) or Lisbon (Portugal), with flexibility to consider other EMEA offices. You will partner with internal stakeholders, analyse data for cost reductions, and shape sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in sourcing or procurement management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and identify cost reductions opportunities across EMEA multi-site manufacturing.
• Identify market trends; develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies.
• Manage and develop business with suppliers across EMEA manufacturing sites.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts and ensure KPI compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners across EMEA.
• Support new project development, mitigate supply risk and drive TCO improvements.
• Act with integrity; ensure procurement activities comply with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs.
• Continuously improve sourcing and procurement processes.
• Support global sourcing strategy and procurement systems.
