Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Sweden AB is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Trelleborg. This hands-on role manages a global supplier base and supports sourcing strategies to ensure continuity of supply for manufacturing and aftermarket operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sourcing or supply chain roles; 5+ years without degree.
• Experience with ERP, SAP and PLM systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting and managing suppliers; lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Perform make-vs-buy analyses to optimize supply chain.
• Support materials and quality teams to address delivery and quality issues.
• Source materials for new product launches and model changes.
• Coordinate supplier transition and ensure on-time KPI delivery.
