Job summary

IKEA in Malmö is seeking an Area Real Estate Manager to lead property management and drive end-to-end asset lifecycle and construction projects. You will ensure safe, compliant and cost-efficient, sustainable solutions while balancing local priorities with a unified One Country plan.

You will work with the Country Real Estate Management team, lead through people, and influence stakeholders to deliver value and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

We are now looking for a passionate Area Real Estate Manager who will lead property management and drive end-to-end asset lifecycle and construction projects to deliver best in class, safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and sustainable solutions within your area. You’ll play a key role in balancing local area priorities with a unified One Country plan, working closely with Area Management community to create synergy and drive collaboration. You are a key player in leading and building new ways of working together with the Country Real Estate Management team.
