Job summary

Consilium Safety Group, a global leader in fire and gas safety technology, seeks a Service Coordinator in Western Australia. You will plan, schedule and monitor service activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time, acting as the main link between customers, technicians, sales, and internal support.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, managing work orders, tracking spare parts, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation while monitoring

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, operations, or administration.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or service management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
