Job summary

Scania Group Risk Management seeks two Risk Managers to strengthen risk intelligence and resilience across global production and procurement. You will integrate risk management into processes, advise senior management, and develop analytical capabilities with data analytics and AI, including the risk software super-user role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in risk management, business continuity, audit, compliance, controlling or related discipline in corporate/strategic/financial environment.
• Proven ability to provide actionable risk intelligence to senior management.
• Experience designing and implementing methods and best practices in risk and sustainability management.
• Experience with risk management software and data analysis tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support integration of risk management into processes, strategically and operationally.
• Provide thought leadership, guidance and training on risk framework, and communicate insights.
• Uphold and improve risk and business continuity management framework and governing documents.
• Liaise with Group Business Continuity Manager to build a more resilient Scania.
• Develop cooperation with senior management and risk community across Scania, TRATON and VW.
• Analyze, aggregate and monitor group-wide risk exposure and facilitate mitigation for cross-functional risks.
• Facilitate risk and scenario assessments, both qualitative and quantitative; use internal/external intelligence.
• Report on risk exposure and risk response implementation to required stakeholders.
• Fulfill regulatory requirements on risk management and human rights.
• Drive development of data analytics and use of AI in risk management and business continuity.
• Define and execute strategies and targets.
