Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Our values – customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste – are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Information Security Officer combined with a Cybersecurity Manager role in the area of Production & Logistics to be part of our exciting journey where we stand in front of a big change both in how we work in the Production & Logistics business and the IT solutions that will support our business together with all that digitalization brings. The business architecture and IT solutions should be an enabler for our P&L business to take on new challenges and opportunities within our global production system. Our vision is that we should have an efficient, transparent and automated global production system, using modern digital solutions to connect our people, processes & equipment to support real time decisions based on high quality data.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be divided into two areas: Information Security (ISec) and Product Cybersecurity (CS), both within Production and Logistics. As the Information Security Officer you will support the management within Production & Logistics in their information security responsibility and act as an interface between business and Group ISec. This means that you will be responsible for our network of Local Information Security Officers and will also work closely with our Information Management team, Business Architects, Project Managers and Product Owners.

Within the area of Product Cybersecurity, your role will be Cybersecurity Manager. This means that you will be responsible for the Production & Logistics part of Scania's Cybersecurity Management System and the network of cybersecurity coordinators. You will also work closely with R&D, including Regulation Owners and Product Owners.

Who You Are

As a person you are a self‑driven, curious team player with a genuine interest in Scania's products and processes, focused on information security and cybersecurity. You will build and maintain a network using established methodologies and your influencing skills to gain buy‑in on what needs to be addressed. You should have a Master of Science in engineering or a university degree in information science, or the corresponding knowledge. Working between business and IT requires that you can handle both perspectives. You must have good knowledge of information security, cybersecurity and Scania's business and processes within Production & Logistics.

You have strong facilitation skills and are structured, pedagogic and communicative. You are experienced in leading and managing networks, possess social, analytic and leadership skills, and are used to taking initiatives to create and maintain structures. You are fluent in Swedish and English.

We offer a dynamic and engaging workplace where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will be part of a strong team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and close cooperation across functions. We provide a structured development plan, a wide range of training opportunities, and support your professional growth both locally and internationally.

Benefits include access to our health centre in Gröndal or a wellness allowance, result‑based bonus, flexible working hours, and company car leasing. Scania also arranges events for employees and their families, and for those living in Stockholm, convenient commuting is supported through direct Scania Job express buses to Södertälje.
