Scania Group Risk Management seeks two Risk Managers to strengthen risk intelligence and resilience across global production and procurement. Group Risk Management is an enabler, providing the business and our stakeholders with support, risk intelligence and assurance within risk management and business continuity management to fulfill strategy, achieve business objectives and targets, build resilience and fulfil regulatory requirements. This shall be done in a systemized, effective, and sustainable way that enables Scania to maintain focus on its core business and customers.
We are now looking for two Risk Managers.
Sustainability is at the heart of Scania’s strategy, as such it is integrated in everything we do. This means that we at Group Risk Management have a high focus on the sustainability agenda and the regulatory requirements that follows. As a Risk Manager you will not only be part of driving the sustainability agenda but also contribute to build a more robust and resilient Scania. Making sure that we have an integrated and efficient approach in how we meet requirements and support our operations. You will act as an advisor to management, here your communication skills, ability to provide actionable risk intelligence and deep knowledge within risk management will be key to your success. Data analytics and the development within AI for risk management will be a big part of your way of working. The roles will includes a responsibility as a super user for the Scania’s risk software solution. Experience from hands‑on work with business continuity and/or from the sustainability field will be seen as an advantage. You probably have experience from and an understanding of risk management from an organization with global production, procurement and logistics foot print. Operating in a very complex business environment where geopolitics is natural part of the risk landscape.
As a person, you are curious, have very good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, spot trends, and communicate findings clearly and persuasively with the customer in focus.
You know how to communicate with different stakeholders, with an ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Hopefully you have proven project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams, this include the ability to drive decision making, facilitate change and resolve issues diplomatically.
With a high integrity and an open‑minded approach you are handling your tasks and takes initiatives beyond the ordinary. If sustainability and/or business continuity is new to you, you are willing to learn a lot within this area.
