Viatris is seeking a Global Director, Technical Services Respiratory (Anywhere in Europe). You will lead technical aspects of externally manufactured respiratory products, drive tech transfer projects, and partner with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and R&D to ensure timely supply and cost competitiveness.

The role requires an engineering or related science degree, GMP knowledge, experience with respiratory product categories, and strong leadership across matrix teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and GMP manufacturing.
• English proficiency; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in product categories such as OINDP, parenteral, blow-fill-seal, vaccine, or drug/device combinations.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical transfer projects for externally manufactured respiratory products.
• Act as technical lead for CMOs and manage capacity planning across markets.
• Develop tech transfer plans with R&D and regional teams; interface between Process Development and Manufacturing Operations.
• Lead investigations, determine root causes, and drive CAPA closures.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, productivity and cost in manufacturing processes.
• Provide leadership for planning, organizing, developing, and integrating external manufacturing systems and budgets.
