Qualifications

• MBA or similar post‑degree preferred.
• 3 years of purchasing experience.
• Fluent in English; an additional language is a plus.
• 1–3 years experience in an international environment.
• Geographical location: VCE sites in Europe/USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects with ownership for scope, plans, deliverables, risks and results.
• Coordinate and prioritize key purchasing development activities with SGC and global priorities.
• Support the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and governance.
• Translate strategic ambitions into practical roadmaps and milestones.
• Use data and insights to improve transparency and support decision-making.
• Explore and apply digital solutions, automation and AI where needed.
• Build collaboration with commodity teams, regions, Aftermarket, Technology and Operations.
• Facilitate workshops to create alignment and move teams to action.
• Highlight risks, opportunities, dependencies and resource needs early.
• Communicate clearly to support understanding and adoption.
• Occasional travel may be required.
