Job summary

TFS HealthScience, a global mid-size CRO, is seeking a Proposals and Contracts Process Lead in Lund, Sweden. You will own global proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders, guiding governance, standards, and trainings while supporting strategic commercial opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Clinical Development Services, drive process improvements, and act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead to ensure data quality and adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations within a CRO environment.
• Experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.
• Extensive experience preparing budgets, proposals, contracts, and change orders for clients and vendors.
• Experience supporting proposals within Ophthalmology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and/or Dermatology.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with experience working across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units.
• Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements.
• Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities.
