Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to own and drive the Connected Care Data Driven portfolio, turning digital and AI capabilities into scalable products. You will lead a global team, align with strategic objectives, and steer partnerships to fuel innovation and competitive differentiation.

You will accelerate AI adoption across offerings, manage lifecycle decisions, and contribute to ABB’s robotics growth story in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms or AI-enabled products in industrial automation or robotics.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of AI, Physical AI, Data Analytics and digital service business models with a track record of scaling technology.
• Proven leadership of global teams in complex matrix organizations with senior stakeholder management.
• Experience evaluating strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities or technology ecosystems with business case development.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
