Job summary

VAROPreem Sverige AB is seeking a Procurement Development Manager to lead a global transformation and elevate procurement to a strategic partner. You will own the roadmap, drive processes, governance, digitalization, ESG, and supplier management across multiple countries and functions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, build capabilities, and lead an international team, shaping the future of procurement while aligning with energy transition goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement development, transformation, or functional excellence.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-year transformations across international orgs.
• Strong Source-to-Pay (S2P) expertise with process design and implementation.
• Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, refining, chemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure or regulated assets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and improve Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and governance across the organization.
• Design and implement best-practice procurement policies, frameworks, and playbooks across countries and entities.
• Develop and maintain procurement tools strategy including eSourcing, CLM, portals, and analytics.
• Establish common procurement data standards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting for global transparency.
• Lead and inspire a diverse, international team and drive sustainable change.
